Closing Time

It’s finally nearing the end of my time here abroad and it’s unreal that I’ll be back home in less than 4 days. This is the longest I’ve been away, but I feel like time has been too short and the list of things I never did is endless. To name a few:

-Eat durian
-Visit Macau (how did this not happen?)
-China trip, what a waste of my visa
-all the foods of HK, somehow no restaurants were really tried
-Crab, no crab was eaten this trip

But I’ve had an amazing set of experiences with some great people. I think this semester accomplished exactly what I wanted it to, to help me let go and to give me new perspective. Additionally, I’m going back appreciating all the ones I miss so much more.

There’s so many things to say, but that’s all tl;dr status. I’m just grateful that things worked out and not everything is as dark and gloomy as I once thought it was.
